Professionalisation in counselling as a narrative identity project: Insights and implications from counsellor education in Germany

This article discusses the structure and possible future developments of Counsellors' education in Germany places these findings an international context. It presents a concept narrative professional identity as ‘core idea’ gives suggestions on how to implement this worldwide.
